Acrylic colors on canvas, 60X50cm. This landscape is from the old part of Plovdiv, the second city of Bulgaria.
To whom is interesting - the whole architectural complex is situated on a hill. The city was built on 7 hills by the Philip II of Macedon, the father of Alexander the Great. Next the Romans liked it a lot due to the hills, there is 2 amphitheaters and many ruins from them. Now only 4 hills left. The buildings I paint are since the Ottoman slavery period (1396-1878). Of course many restorations succeeded.
